    En este escrito abordamos la asociacio?n entre los juegos y las artes atendiendo a trabajos en el campo de la psicologi?a del desarrollo y la filosofi?a. En la primera parte, destacamos como rasgo distintivo del juego humano el contraste entre una actividad lu?dica y una no-lu?dica ana?loga. Describimos luego distintos tipos de juego infantil y analizamos el contraste que los caracteriza. En la segunda parte, mostramos el vi?nculo entre las artes temporales, el juego social temprano y el juego con las formas de la vitalidad, asi? como el vi?nculo del juego simbo?lico con las artes figurativas.

    In this paper we address the association between playing and the arts attending to the works both in developmental psychology and philosophy. In the first part, we argue that a distinctive feature of human play is the contrast between a recreational activity and a similar non-recreational activity. Then we describe different types of children's play and we analyze the contrast that characterizes each of them. In the second part, we present the link of temporal arts to early social play and forms of vitality and the link of symbolic play to representational arts.
