Resumen de BREXIT: Contenido esencial del epígrafe segundo del acuerdo de comercio y cooperación

La entrada en vigor del Acuerdo de retirada del Reino Unido de la Unión Europea implicó una gran preocupación en todos los sectores, principalmente los económicos. El denominado “Brexit duro”, generó dudas e incertidumbres respecto del crecimiento, mantenimiento y desarrollo sostenible de las economías en los Estados miembros. En definitiva, preocuparon las consecuencias que se derivasen de este acuerdo, que afecta a la libre circulación de personas, operaciones comerciales, unidad monetaria, transporte, turismo etc.
Tras el acuerdo de noche buena de 2.020, se abrieron nuevas perspectivas en las condiciones de relación futura. En este trabajo se revisa el contenido esencial del epígrafe Segundo del Acuerdo de Comercio y Cooperación entre la Unión Europea y la Comunidad Europea de la Energía Atómica, por una parte, y el Reino Unido de Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte, por otra, que trata en sus sendos títulos I y II, de la Aviación y de la Seguridad Aérea.

The entry into force of the United Kingdom Withdrawal Agreement from the European Union was of great concern in all sectors, mainly economic ones. The so-called "hard Brexit" raised doubts and uncertainties about the growth, maintenance, and sustainable development of economies in the Member States. In short, the consequences arising from this agreement, which affects the free movement of persons, commercial operations, monetary unit, transport, tourism etc.
Following the good night agreement of 2020, new perspectives were opened up in the conditions of future relationship. This work reviews the essential content of the second heading of the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, on the one hand, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on the other hand, which deals in Titles I and II, with Aviation and Air Safety.
