Resumen de Impacto de los tutoriales para la prevención y combate en contra el hostigamiento y acoso sexual cibernético

  El objetivo de la investigación es medir el impacto de los tutoriales para la prevención y combate en contra del Hostigamiento y Acoso Sexual Cibernético, delito que ha aumentado de forma exponencial debido al mal uso de los medios digitales. Los tutoriales tienen la función de emitir mensajes de: conductas preventivas, seguridad, identificación del victimario, manejo personal del suceso y denuncia del delito ante autoridades. Se utilizó método cuantitativo, corte transversal y análisis descriptivo del cuestionario de satisfacción en  muestra de 4,104 participantes. Los resultaron fueron: los hombres prefieren visualizar el mensaje de identificación del victimario para evitar ser confundido con éste (61%) y denunciar el delito en medios electrónicos (51%). Las mujeres solicitan atención personalizada, profesional e integral con justicia pronta y expedita (68%) para terminar con la impunidad y erradicar la cultura misógina. Concluyendo con un buen nivel de satisfacción ante la información emitida por los tutoriales (88%).

  The objective of the research is to measure the impact of tutorials for the prevention and combat against cyberbullying and cyberstalking, a crime that has increased exponentially due to the misuse of digital media. The tutorials have the function of issuing messages on: preventive behaviors, safety, identification of the victimizer, personal management of the event and reporting the crime to the authorities. Quantitative method, cross-sectional and descriptive analysis of the satisfaction questionnaire was used in a sample of 4,104 participants. The results were as follows: men prefer to visualize the identification message of the victimizer to avoid being confused with him/her (61%) and to report the crime electronically (51%). Women request personalized, professional and comprehensive attention with prompt and expeditious justice (68%) to end impunity and eradicate the misogynist culture. They concluded with a good level of satisfaction with the information provided by the tutorials (88%).
