    Una parte fundamental de la responsabilidad ética de los científicos y tecnológos es la protección intelectual de los resultaods innnovadores de sus investigaciones. Frente a las consecuencias negativas derivadas de no patentar en México, es necesario que estudiantes e investigadores reflexionen  sobre el deber moral de asegurar el buen uso de sus propias invenciones.

    A fundamental part of the ethical responsability of scientists ant technologists is the intelectual protection of the innovative results of their research, to confront the negative consequences resulting from failure to patent intellectual property in Mexico, it is essential for students and researchers to reflect on their moral duty to ensure the "good use and social application" of their own inventions.
