    El propósito de este artículo es indagar en el importante papel que ocupa la cuestión del tiempo, tanto en lo que respecta a la experiencia subjetiva de los individuos como en su dimensión histórica, en la sociología de Pierre Bourdieu. El modo en que Bourdieu entiende la relación entre estructuras temporales e instituciones socio-económicas resulta fundamental para comprender la forma en que tanto individuos como sociedades se relacionan y conciben su propio futuro, lo cual constituye una aportación interesante a la hora de pensar las formas de temporalidad propias nuestra época.

    The purpose of this article is to investigate the important role that the topic of time occupies both in terms of the individual´s subjective experience and in its historical dimension, in Pierre Bourdieu´s sociology. The way in which Bourdieu understands the relationship between temporary structures and socio-economic institutions is essential to understand the way in which, both individuals and societies, relate to each other and conceive their own future. These approaches constitute an interesting contribution to thinking about the temporality forms representative of our time.
