El presente documento mantiene como objetivo el análisis del sistema político internacional en materia de derechos humanos para la protección del refugio y la condición humanitaria; así como los sistemas político y jurídico mexicanos en materia de protección del derecho al refugio, reconociéndolo como un derecho fundamental; considerando de manera específica mediante el análisis cualitativo y la técnica caso conocido, la realidad social en México ante la última oleada de haitianos desde el nuevo sistema de dignidad humana y política democrática participativa del PND (2019-2021) en 2021.

The aim of this document is to analyse the international human rights political system in terms of the protection of states for refuge and humanitarian status, as well as the Mexican political and legal systems in terms of protection of the right to refuge, recognising it as a fundamental right; specifically considering, through qualitative analysis and using the case study technique, the social reality in Mexico in the face of the latest arrival of Haitians from the new system of human dignity and participatory democratic politics of the NDP (2019-2021) in 2021.
