Estudi de les activitats dels sectors secundari i terciari de Constantí a través dels llibres parroquials de la primera meitat del segle XIX, en no haver-se conservat la documentació municipal d’aquest període. Més que la quantificació, s’analitza la procedència geogràfica i social dels seus membres, les professions més endogàmiques i les que no. S’utilitza la premsa tarragonina de la segona meitat com a recurs historiogràfic a fi de comprendre millor el funcionament de l’economia i la societat.

Study of the activities of the secondary and tertiary sectors of Constantí through the parish books of the first half of the 19th century, as the municipal documentation of this period has not been preserved. Rather than quantification, it analyzes the geographical and social background of its members, the most endogamous professions and those that do not. The Tarragona press of the second half is used as a historiographical resource in order to better understand the functioning of the economy and society
