Resumen de La destrucción del idilio en la narrativa de Emilia Pardo Bazán

A partir de las ideas de Bajtin sobre el idilio, el presente trabajo pretende mostrar cómo se produce la destrucción del mismo en la narrativa de Pardo Bazán. Para ello se han elegido tres textos correspondientes a los géneros narrativos cultivados por la autora: novela, novela corta y cuento. Concretamente se analizan Los Pazos de Ulloa, Bucólica y Geórgicas. El análisis de dicho corpus, constituido por obras adscritas a modelos distintos, evidencia la riqueza de registros literarios de la escritora y muestra, en fin, las similitudes y distancias en el tratamiento del tema que se erige como eje central del presente acercamiento.

The present work aims to show how the destruction of the idyll is produced in the narrative of Pardo Bazán, taking into account Bajtin’s ideas regarding this matter. To do so three texts have been chosen belonging to each one of the narrative genre cultivated by the author: the novel, the short novel and the short story. In particular Los Pazos de Ulloa, Bucólica y Geórgicas have been analysed. The analysis of the aforementioned corpus, constituted by different types of works, demonstrates the richness in terms of literary register of the writer and shows, in turn, the similarities and differences in treatment of the topic which is the central axis of this study.
