    La normativa actual no establece disposiciones específicas sobre la aplicación de la tradicional figura del accidente de trabajo (art. 156 Ley general de la Seguridad Social) a la prestación de servicios en régimen de teletrabajo (ni la Ley 10/2021, de trabajo a distancia, ni el RDL 29/2020, lo hacen), por lo que los juzgados y tribunales (como es el caso del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Galicia) se están ocupando de resolver la casuística existente, marcando criterios interpretativos que, en caso de divergencia, tendrá que casar el Tribunal Supremo

    The current regulations do not establish specific provisions on the application of the traditional figure of the accident at work (art. 156 General Social Security Act) to the provision of services under a teleworking regime (neither Law 10/2021, on remote work, nor RDL 29/2020, do so), so that the courts and tribunals (as is the case of the Galician Superior Court of Justice) are dealing with resolving the casuistry that exists, setting interpretive criteria that, in case of divergence, the Supreme Court will have to match.
