  En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general analizar la prevención frente al COVID 19 en mujeres embarazada. La metodología que se desarrolló, se apoyó en el enfoque cuantitativo, recurriendo a la tipología documental-bibliográfica, lo que permitió establecer el análisis del objeto de estudio, con el propósito de describir el tema abordado. Además, conjuntamente se utilizó el método analítico-sintético por medio del cual, se descompone en un todo en partes extrayendo cualidades, componentes, relaciones y más para posteriormente unir las partes analizadas. El material abordado se conformó por tesis de grado, investigaciones científicas y trabajos arbitrados. Se concluye que, la prevención frente al COVID 19 en mujeres embarazadas constituye una serie de acciones en las cuales deben estar involucrados los equipos de salud, los familiares y la comunidad, desde una visión de cooperación que permita evitar el contagio de la mujer gestante, cumpliendo una serie de protocolos y recomendaciones.

  The general objective of this research was to analyze the prevention of COVID 19 in pregnant women. The methodology developed was based on the quantitative approach, resorting to the documentary-bibliographic typology, which allowed establishing the analysis of the object of study, with the purpose of describing the topic addressed. In addition, the analytical-synthetic method was used jointly, by means of which the whole is decomposed into parts, extracting qualities, components, relations and more to later join the analyzed parts. The material approached consisted of graduate theses, scientific research and refereed works. It is concluded that the prevention of COVID 19 in pregnant women constitutes a series of actions in which health teams, family members and the community should be involved, from a cooperative point of view that allows avoiding the infection of pregnant women, complying with a series of protocols and recommendations.
