    Resumen: La relación entre los movimientos feministas y la prostitución en Chile a comienzos del siglo XX, tuvo características ambivalentes, ya que por un lado se las catalogaba de “víctimas” y, por otro, se las silenciaba o invisibilizaba como parte del colectivo femenino que luchaba por derechos políticos. Este artículo, plantea interrogantes y algunas respuestas respecto de los fundamentos de las políticas de la prostitución de los movimientos feministas en Chile, intentando poner luces en un aspecto poco explorado respecto de la relación de las feministas con sus hermanas caídas.

    Abstract: The relationship between feminist movements and prostitution in Chile at the beginning of the 20th century had ambivalent characteristics, since on the one hand they were classified as “victims” and, on the other, they were silenced or made invisible as part of the female collective. who was fighting for political rights. This article raises questions and some answers regarding the foundations of the prostitution policies of the feminist movements in Chile, trying to shed light on a little explored aspect regarding the relationship of feminists with their fallen sisters.
