    INTRODUCCIÓN: El paro cardíaco es una de las principales causas de muerte en los países desarrollados. La Reanimación Cardiopulmonar realizada por parte de los testigos que presencian una parada juega un papel fundamental, tanto en la supervivencia, como en la disminución de las secuelas.

    OBJETIVO: Mejorar el conocimiento de los docentes sobre cómo actuar en caso de parada cardiorrespiratoria.

    METODOLOGÍA: Para llevar a cabo este trabajo se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica a través de distintos motores de búsqueda como PubMed, SciELO y ScienceDirect.

    DESARROLLO: El plan comunitario planteado se divide en tres sesiones que incluyen desde la explicación y valoración del evento, hasta el modo de actuación ante el mismo.

    CONCLUSIÓN: Destaca la utilidad del programa en el ámbito educativo puesto que ofrece una mayor seguridad, desde a los mismos docentes, como al alumnado y sus tutores.

    INTRODUCTION: Cardiac arrest is one of the leading causes of death in developed countries. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation performed by witnesses who were involved in an arrest plays a fundamental role, both in survival and in reducing sequels.

    OBJECTIVE: Improve the knowledge of teachers on how to act in case of cardiorespiratory arrest.

    METHODOLOGY: To carry out this project, a bibliographic search was carried out through different search engines such as PubMed, SciELO or ScienceDirect.

    DEVELOPMENT: The proposed community plan is divided into three sessions, including from the explanation and evaluation of the event, to the mode of action before it.

    CONCLUSION: The utility of the program in the educational field stands out since it offers greater security, from the teachers themselves, as well as to the students and their tutors.
