If we focus on a global understanding of the individual, we must obligatorily start from the study of the closest and most influential environment that surrounds them, which is the family (Ceberio and Watzlawick, 1998); This is where health behaviors and decisions are established for the first time; where culture, values and social norms originate (Ramírez, 2013). In this regard, it is necessary to understand that the family does not arise from procreation, but is the product of a sustained interaction of individuals, which generates relationships with a relative stability, which arises at a given moment, through a process of self-organization (Najmanovich , 2006).
