  • In April 2021, Regione Lombardia has adopted two laws, differently directed to impact on the local economy. Both laws are expression of the regional legislative competence in economy, in line with art. 117, comma 4, Const., and they are linked with the actual tendency of a renewed public intervention in the economy.
