Resumen de INTERREG RENATUR: mejora de las políticas regionales para la protección del patrimonio natural de los espacios abiertos periurbanos

  En el marco del proyecto RENATUR (Programa Interreg Europe), se han identificado, analizado y transferido ejemplos de instrumentos políticos y buenas prácticas relacionadas con la protección del patrimonio natural en los zonas periurbanas, en inglés Periurban Open Spaces (PUOS). Los objetivos finales son PROTEGER los ecosistemas y sus servicios, CONSERVAR la biodiversidad y REDUCIR su pérdida, EVITAR la fragmentación de los ecosistemas y MEJORAR su conexión, REDUCIR la impermeabilización del suelo. En el presente trabajo se presenta la metodología seguída en el proyecto y los planes desarrollados en los diferentes países con objeto de modificar los Instrumentos Políticos para la protección de los PUOS.

  In the framework of the RENATUR project (Interreg Europe Program), examples of policy instruments and best practices related to the protection of natural heritage in Periurban Open Spaces (PUOS) have been identified, analyzed and transferred. The ultimate objectives are to PROTECT ecosystems and their services, CONSERVE biodiversity and REDUCE its loss, AVOID fragmentation of ecosystems and IMPROVE their connection, REDUCE soil imperviousness.

  This paper presents the methodology followed in the project and the plans developed in the different countries with the aim of modifying the Political Instruments for the protection of PUOS.

  RENATUR (Interreg Europe Programa) proiektuaren esparruan, hiri-inguruko natura-ondarea babestearekin lotutako tresna politikoen eta jardunbide egokien adibideak identifikatu, aztertu eta transferitu dira, ingelesez Periurban Open Spaces (PUOS). Hauek dira azken helburuak: ekosistemak eta ekosistemen zerbitzuak BABESTEA, biodibertsitatea KONTSERBATZEA eta biodibertsitatearen galera MURRIZTEA, ekosistemen zatiketa SAIHESTEA eta horien arteko lotura HOBETZEA, lurzoruaren iragazgaiztea MURRIZTEA. Lan honetan, proiektuan jarraitutako metodologia eta herrialde desberdinetan garatutako planak aurkezten dira, PUOSak babesteko tresna politikoak aldatzeko.
