Resumen de El lenguaje en las sociedades delictivas: Una aproximación al estudio de la relación simbólica entre el lenguaje y el delito

  En este trabajo se presentan planteamientos desde la antropoligüística y datos que aproximan a la relación simbólica entre el delito y las sociedades delictivas, en la Comunidad Brisas del Sur, municipio Maracaibo. Se describen con palabras y discursos la construcción desde el lenguaje los sujetos que componen la sociedad delictiva. Hemos aplicado instrumento etnolingüístico a dos grupos enfrentados socialmente: sujetos que representan la ley, en este caso policías y sujetos delictivos libres en bandas y detenidos. Nos apoyamos con la herramienta “Circulo de Merlino”, el cual pretende analizar el sujeto desde su discurso y cotidianidad. Pero además la base para la aplicación del trabajo de campo lo constituyó el método “Speaking” el cual se plantea el análisis del escenario, la descripción de los actores y la escena social que representan, el tema que refieren.

  This paper presents approaches from the anthropology and data that approximate the symbolic relationship between crime and criminal societies. Such is the case when a society implodes and gives rise to new groups with their own territories where it gives way to a new society. It is described with words and speeches the construction from the language the subjects that make up the criminal society. We have applied an ethnolinguistic instrument to two socially confronted groups: subjects that represent the law, in this case police and free criminal subjects in bands and detainees. We rely on the “Circle of Merlino” tool, which aims to analyze the subject from his speech and everyday. But also the basis for the application of the field work was constituted by the “Speaking” method, which considers the analysis of the scenario, the description of the actors and the social scene they represent, the subject they refer to.
