Resumen de Atención de enfermería en el paciente con implante de marcapasos definitivo

  Se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica de la Atención de enfermería en el paciente con implante de marcapasos definitivo (IMD). Con el objetivo de conocer la técnica, las actividades que desempeña la enfermería durante todo el proceso, los cuidados que se realizan, así como la educación sanitaria y los beneficios del IMD para la salud. Para ello se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en las bases de datos de PudMed, Cuiden, Medline (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) y la Biblioteca Virtual de la Salud (BVS). Se analizaron un total de 25 artículos que respondían en su totalidad al objetivo del estudio. Tras el análisis de los resultados se observa que la mayoría de artículos coinciden en las actuaciones que debe desempeñar el enfermero/a en cada fase del implante y la necesidad de una correcta educación sanitaria por parte de la enfermería. Con respecto a esto, en los artículos utilizados se refleja la gran importancia que presenta la educación sanitaria individualizada a cada paciente, familiar o cuidador, informándole de las precauciones que debe tener tras el implante, como retomar las actividades de la vida diaria y las revisiones a las que debe asistir. En conclusión, se hace necesariala actuación de enfermería en cada una de las fases del implante y en la educación sanitaria que debe proporcionar para orientar y guiar al paciente en su nuevo estilo de vida.

  A bibliographic review of the Nursing Care in the patient with definitive pacemaker implant is carried out. With the objective of knowing the technique, the activities that the nursing performs during the whole process, the care that is carried out, as well as the health education and the benefits of the definitive pacemaker implant for the health. A bibliographic search was carried out in the databases of PudMed, Cuiden, Medline (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) and the Virtual Health Library (VHL). We analyzed a total of 25 articles that responded in full to the study objective. After analyzing the results, it is observed that the majority of articles coincide in the actions that must be performed by the nurse in each phase of the implant and the need for a correct health education by the nursing. With respect to this, the articles used reflect the great importance of individualized health education to each patient, family member or caregiver, informing him of the precautions that should be taken after the implant, such as resuming activities of daily living and revisions to which you must attend. In conclusion, it is necessary to perform nursing in each of the phases of the implant and in the health education that must provide to guide and guide the patient in their new lifestyle.
