Resumen de Investigación en la acción. Experiencia de formación docente

Ante el intercambio acelerado de conocimiento se requiere contar con docentes formados para la investigación, a fin de que fortalezcan su práctica para que incida en sus actividades de gestión y docencia. En ese sentido, el objetivo del presente artículo consiste en analizar el proceso formativo que los docentes vivieron en interacción dialógica en un espacio de formación para la investigación. Es un trabajo cualitativo bajo el método de investigación acción, los sujetos fueron nueve docentes de los tres niveles educativos (básica, media y superior). Se aplicó un cuestionario abierto. Se realizó un análisis heurístico-reflexivo mediante cuadros de análisis. Los resultados muestran la experiencia formativa que los docentes vivieron en el Seminario Taller de Formación en y para la Investigación con la presentación de las habilidades investigativas adquiridas.

Given the accelerated exchange of knowledge, it is necessary to have teachers trained for research, in order to strengthen their practice so that it affects their management and teaching activities.
In this sense, the objective of this article is to analyze the training process that teachers experienced in dialogical interaction in a training space for research. It is a qualitative work under the action research method, the subjects were nine teachers from the three educational levels (basic, middle and higher). An open questionnaire was applied. A heuristic-reflexive analysis was performed using analysis tables. The results show the training experience that the teachers lived in the Training Workshop Seminar in and for Research with the presentation of the research skills acquired.
