    La elaboración de este trabajo de investigación está basado en el análisis metódico de la aplicación de las herramientas pedagógicas y didácticas en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje para que sean implementadas en los estudiantes del subnivel medio de educación general básica de la Unidad Educativa Cayetano Cedeño de la parroquia Colón, cantón Portoviejo, provincia de Manabí, y más en concreto a la utilización de herramientas innovadoras que hagan que los estudiantes centren sus tareas de manera dinámica y conjunta, aplicando así un trabajo verdaderamente en equipo, tratar de cada estudiante se puede expresar libremente dando su valioso a aporte en la creación o cumplimiento de dicho objetivo. El trabajo cooperativo va más allá de la simple asignación de un grupo de personas que son reunidas para cumplir con una tarea en específica, y en que en muchos casos dos o tres personas son las que terminan realizando dicho trabajo y el resto solo observa y si es que están pendiente de lo que se hace o simplemente se dedican a otras caso hasta perder el tiempo, pero con este método pedagógico se centra en el trabajo gradual oportuno y eficaz de acuerdo a las capacidades del estudiantes, es decir aprovechando sus fortalezas y reforzando sus debilidades, esto hace que el equipo de estudiantes sean los más equilibrados en comparación con los demás, la idea es que cada uno de los integrantes del grupo tengan un trabajo específico que deba realizar, es decir existir una correlación y compromiso con el trabajo, de esta manera se podrá obtener un aprendizaje individual y colectivo. Partiendo de lo anterior mediante este proceso y en la manera como se ejecute se puede obtener resultados muchos más favorables ante los métodos convencionales, y esto hace que los estudiantes mejoren su nivel académico y lo más importante desarrollen su amor propio mediante y reconstruyan o refuercen su autoestima y se sientan motivados para aprender y pueden desarrollarse de manera integral como personas de bien.

    Cooperative work to strengthen the self-esteem of high school students of the Cayetano Cedeño Educational Unit of the San Ignacio site, Colón Parish, Portoviejo Canton, Manabí Province ABSTRACT The elaboration of this research work is based on the methodical analysis of the application of pedagogical and didactic tools in the teaching-learning process so that they are implemented in students of the middle sub-level of basic general education of the Educational Unit "Cayetano Cedeño" of the Colón parish, Portoviejo canton, Manabí province, and more specifically to the use of innovative tools that make students focus their tasks in a dynamic and joint way, thus applying a truly teamwork, dealing with each student can be express freely giving their valuable contribution in the creation or fulfillment of said objective. Cooperative work goes beyond the simple assignment of a group of people who are gathered to fulfill a specific task, and in that in many cases two or three people are the ones who end up doing said work and the rest only observe and if is that they are aware of what is done or simply dedicate themselves to other cases until they waste time, but with this pedagogical method it focuses on timely and effective gradual work according to the students' abilities, that is, taking advantage of their strengths and reinforcing their weaknesses, this makes the team of students the most balanced in comparison with the others, the idea is that each of the members of the group have a specific work that must be done, that is, there is a correlation and commitment to the work In this way, individual and collective learning can be obtained. Starting from the above through this process and in the way it is executed, much more favorable results can be obtained compared to conventional methods, and this makes students improve their academic level and, most importantly, develop their self-esteem through and rebuild or reinforce there they have self-esteem and are motivated to learn and can develop holistically as good people.
