  • Resumen
    • The end result is a deeply challenging and rewarding (at least in my humble opinion) book that resists the impossible and impossibly flawed meta-language of review. Keep reading; you will begin to see the value of the flâneur's wanderings in contrast to the imposed compliance of the rigid route and itinerary. Though not easily or well-represented in a sub-par attempt at "review," I assure you the "organization" of this project is exactly apropos for the task at hand. Michael Ross Gordon is Associate Professor of Spanish at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), where he teaches masterslevel seminars on Don Quixote and undergraduate courses on Spanish Golden Age literature and civilization.
