Resumen de Las Mipymes del sector turístico en Teotihuacán ante la pandemia Sars-cov-2

  Este trabajo presenta el papel de las Mipymes en las actividades económicas del país, particularmente las desarrolladas por el sector turismo en el municipio de Teotihuacán, las afectaciones que tuvieron como consecuencia de las restricciones impuestas por el gobierno derivadas de la pandemia originada por el SARS-COV-2, cómo enfrentaron la crisis que se originó y que medidas llevan a cabo en busca de la recuperación económica. Se presenta un estudio en el que se identifican los intereses de los visitantes y las medidas que pueden implementar para dar a conocer los servicios y productos que ofrecen. Es un estudio cuantitativo que considera los resultados de la encuesta del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI) respecto al impacto económico generado por la pandemia y encuestas aplicadas a turistas que han visitado recientemente la zona arqueológica, se determinan las principales actividades económicas que deben llevar a cabo las Mipymes para atender las necesidades de los visitantes y volver a promover el turismo, a fin de que estas empresas impulsen el desarrollo económico de la región.

  This paper presents the role of Mipymes in the country's economic activities, particularly those developed by the tourism sector in the municipality of Teotihuacán, the effects that had as a consequence of the restrictions imposed by the government derived from the pandemic caused by the SARS- COV-2, how they faced the crisis that originated and what measures are being carried out in search of economic recovery. A study is presented that identifies the interests of visitors and the measures they can implement to publicize the services and products they offer. It is a quantitative study that considers the results of the survey of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) regarding the economic impact generated by the pandemic and surveys applied to tourists who have recently visited the archaeological zone, determining the main economic activities that should carry out Mipymes to meet the needs of visitors and re-promote tourism, so that these companies promote the economic development of the region.
