  • The history of science and technology museums and the evolution of the scientific literacy concept are two stories with enough common ground to allow a reconstruction parallel development. It is possible to detect links between the way that science and technology museums conceive the relationship between science and public and the paradigms that have guided the research of scientific culture, characterized by a deficit model.
