    The article delves into Adelian poetry and prose based on the representations of the feminine that are present in them, of those “role” women who appear in the perspective of a lyrical self that is also conjugated in the feminine. The conclusion reached is that in these female figurations some aspects are highlighted, aspects that are in turn characteristic of Adélia Prado’s work as a whole. Namely: the demarcation of the domestic locus as the centre from which the plots and dramas of the characters will be woven; the sacralization and eroticization of the body, understood as a space where the epiphanic experience takes place; the reiterated importance of eroticism in the construction of poetic personas, evidenced mainly by the presence of the character Jonathan; and, finally, the poignant reflections on temporality.

    O artigo faz uma leitura da poesia e da prosa adeliana a partir das representações do feminino que nelas se dispõem, dessas mulheres de papel que surgem na perspectiva de um eu lírico que também se conjuga no feminino. A conclusão a que se chega é que nessas figurações do feminino alguns aspectos são ressaltados, por sua vez aspectos que são características da obra de Adélia Prado como um todo. Quais sejam: a demarcação do locus doméstico como centro de onde as tramas e os dramas das personagens serão tecidos; a sacralização e erotização do corpo, entendido como espaço onde a experiência epifânica se dá; a reiterada importância do erotismo na construção das personas poéticas, evidenciada, principalmente, pela presença do personagem Jonathan; e, por fim, as reflexões pungentes sobre a temporalidade.
