El manuscrit d'El Escorial (N-III-5) i els incunablesde la traducció catalana de la "Legenda aurea" o "Flos sanctorum" romançat

    En aquest treball mirem d'establir la relació entre el manuscrit més antic de la branca EV de la traducció catalana de la "Legenda aurea" de Jacobus de Voragine, E (N-III-5 de la Biblioteca d'El Escorial, Madrid), amb els incunables de la traducció, en concret amb l'incunable de 1494 o "Flos sanctorum romançat". En la composició de l'incunable es té en compte la versió transmesa per E, como ho evidencien no només els errors conjuntius sinó també el fet que se'n reprodueix la redacció en molts fragments. També hi ha coincidències significatives en alguns dels capítols afegits a la nòmina de Voragine. A més, en l'incunable es detecta la consulta d'un model llatí diferent de l'usat en la traducció.

    In this work we try to establish the relationship between manuscript E (N-III-5 of the El Escorial Library) of the Catalan translation of the "Legenda aurea" by Jacobus de Voragine, with the incunabula of 1494 or "Flos sanctorum romançat". In the composition of the incunabula, the version transmited by E is taken into account, as evidenced not only by the conjunctive errors but also by the fact that the wording is reproduced in many fragments. Additionally, there are significant overlaps in some of the chapters added to the Voragine collection. Moreover, in the incunabula we detect the consultation of a Latin model different form the one used in the translation.
