Consideraciones sociosemióticas para el estudio del activismo artístico: el caso ContraArte en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina

     El objetivo de este trabajo es brindar algunas herramientas sociosemióticas para el estudio del activismo artístico, al tiempo que se analiza un caso particular en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina. En primer lugar, nos proponemos introducir al lector sobre la importancia que tiene investigar el activismo desde una perspectiva semiótica, recuperando algunas nociones básicas de trabajos anteriores sobre el tema (Leone, 2012; Cuevas-Calderón y Yalan Longo, 2021). Luego, en una segunda instancia, nos dedicamos a analizar las intervenciones de un colectivo particular denominado ContraArte situado en el discurso social argentino del año 2019, tiempo de crisis profunda y de protestas masivas luego de cuatro años de dificultades económicas, sociales y políticas como consecuencia de la gestión de gobierno de Mauricio Macri y la alianza Cambiemos. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que la sociosemiótica es una disciplina relevante para el estudio del activismo (en este caso el artístico) y que permite analizar, entre otras cuestiones, cómo se construyen, en el caso particular que investigamos, imaginarios políticos como regularidades discursivas (sostenidas por gramáticas de imaginación política) en tanto contradiscursos de la hegemonía imperante

    The aim of this work is to provide some socio-semiotic considerations for the study of artistic activism, while analyzing a particular case in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. First, we propose to introduce the reader about the importance of researching activism from a socio-semiotic perspective, recovering some basic notions of previous work on the subject (Leone, 2012; Cuevas-Calderón and Yalan Longo, 2021). Then, in a second instance, we dedicated ourselves to analyzing the interventions of a particular collective called Contraarte located in the Argentine social discourse of 2019, a time of deep crisis and mass protests after four years of economic difficulties, social and political consequences of the government of Mauricio Macri and the Cambiemos alliance. The results of the research show that semiotics is a relevant discipline for the study of activism (in this case the artistic one) and that allows to analyze, among other questions, how they are constructed, in the particular case that we investigate, grammars of political imagination as discursive regularities as contradictory to the prevailing hegemony.
