Resumen de Real canonical forms in waring’s problem: A constructive approach.

• In this talk, we give an explicit parametric presentation of semialgebraic neighborhoods with constant Waring real rank for typical real binary forms. Some non trivial examples will be presented. The computations were made in Maple.
