    Análisis del libro de Elías Díaz titulado De la Institución a Constitución. Política y cultura de la España del siglo XX, que presenta parte del pensamiento jurídico-político en España en el siglo XX. En él podemos comprender el cambio político en España y la presencia de aquellos reformadores que trataron de construir un país dis-tinto y la guerra truncó. También apa-recen referencias a muchos intelectuales y análisis de Joaquín Ruíz-Giménez, Enrique Tierno Galván, José Luis López Aranguren, Norberto Bobbio y a la Constitución, sin olvidar a los poderes del mundo de la primera década del siglo XXI.

    Analysis of Elías Díaz’s book entitled: From the Institution to the Constitution. Politics and culture of Spain in the 20th century, which presents part of the legal-political thought in Spain in the 20th century. In it we can understand the political change in Spain and the presence of those reformers who tried to build a different country and the war ended. They also seem to be references to many intellectuals and analyzes of: Joaquín Ruiz-Giménez, Enrique Tierno Galván, José Luis López Aranguren, Norberto Bobbio and the Constitution without forgetting the world powers of the first decade of the 21st century.
