Resumen de O petróglifo da borna: Unha revisión fotogramétrica

  Estúdanse as representacións de barcos nos petróglifos da península do Morrazo en Pontevedra. Con este traballo pretendemos dar resposta ás dúbidas, que teñen presidido o estudo do petróglifo da Borna desde o momento do seu descubrimento. A súa atribución a momentos recentes, a partir da interpretación tendenciosa do testemuño dunha anciá que confirmaba que a rocha era o lindeiro entre dúas parroquias, tivo como consecuencia o rexeitamento a estudar o motivo polo que se escolleu esa e non outra rocha dos arredores para usala como límite. A partir deste momento, e como resultado do emprego de novas ferramentas para o seu estudo, cremos ter demostrado o seu carácter prehistórico e a identificación dos singulares motivos barquiformes polos que é coñecida na bibliografía, facendo dela o petróglifo con meirande número de representacións de barcos da península Ibérica.

  We study the representations of boats in the petroglyphs of the Morrazo Peninsula in Pontevedra. This paper aims to answer the doubts that have presided over the study of the Borna petroglyph from the moment of its discovery. Its attribution to recent times, based on the biased interpretation of the testimony of an old woman who confirmed that the rock was the boundary between two parishes, led to a refusal to study the reason why this rock was chosen as the boundary and not another rock in the surrounding area. From this moment on, and as a result of the use of new tools for its study, we believe we have demonstrated its prehistoric character and the identification of the unique barquiform motifs by which it is known in the bibliography, making it the petroglyph with the greatest number of representations of boats in the Iberian Peninsula
