    La presente investigación resulta importante y necesaria para contribuir al desarrollo de habilidades de lectura y análisis literario en la formación del estudiante de la carrera Español-Literatura en la Educación Superior Cubana. Con la aplicación de métodos empíricos de investigación, entre ellos, la observación participativa, la entrevista abierta y la encuesta, se pudo constatar que existen insuficiencias en el análisis literario, las cuales se revelan en la formación de los estudiantes para el desarrollo de habilidades en la asignatura Análisis Literario que se imparte en el 4to año de la Licenciatura Educación en la Especialidad Español-Literatura. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la elaboración de varias guías de estudio para el trabajo creativo con la obra del Poeta Nacional Nicolás Guillén, su contribución a las relaciones intertextuales e intratextuales y su concreción en la práctica profesional. La novedad del trabajo está dada en el carácter interdisciplinario, sistémico, planificado, flexible y creativo de las guías de estudio, en estrecha interrelación teoría-práctica, así como su aplicación en la práctica profesional.

    This research is important and necessary to contribute to the development of reading skills and literary analysis in the training of the student of the Spanish-Literature career in Cuban Higher Education. With the application of empirical research methods, among them, participatory observation, open interview and survey, it was possible to verify that there are insufficiencies in literary analysis, which are revealed in the training of students for the development of skills in the Literary Analysis subject that is taught in the 4th year of the Education Degree in the Spanish-Literature Specialty. The objective of this work is the elaboration of several studyguides to develop creativity through the study of the work of the National Poet Nicolás Guillén, his contribution to intertextual and intratextual relations and its concretion in professional practice. The novelty of the work is given in the interdisciplinary, systemic, planned, flexible and creative nature of the study guides, in close interrelation between theory and practice, as well as its application in professional practice.
