This Paper is articulated in three moments: (i) it proposes an intersubjective rereading of the Critique of Pure Reason from the concepts of “belief as conviction” and from the proposal of “transcendental intersubjectivity” – a category of Johannes presented in Immanuel Kant und die Öffentlichkeit der Vernunft; (ii) it presents a Hegel‟s critical to the Kantian attempt to mediation between theoretical reason and practical reason through the faculty of judging seen by Hegel as an unsuccessful attempt to incur a merely subjectivist outflow; (iii) as the culmination of the paper, proposes an intersubjective rereading of Kantian aesthetics from the concept of sensus communis (Gemeinsinn).
