A formação inicial e continuada de professores de línguas no Brasil: um cotejamento entre as resoluções CNE/CP 02/2015 e 02/2019

    This article is a product of a speech at the event “UFPR-UA - International Debates in Language Teachers Training”, particularly in the field of Portuguese Language Teaching, and has as its purpose to make a brief presentation of the state of art of the teacher formation in Brazil The article starts with a brief history of undergraduate courses in Brazil to support a comparison between Resolutions CNE/CP 02/2015 and 02/2019 (and within this, Resolution CNE/CP nº 01/2020, which establishes a Common National Base for Continuing Education of Basic Education Teachers). The article, supported by the positions of ANPAE, ANPED and CEALI-UFPR, highlights some divergent points in the most recent documents (2019 and 2020) that would be possible setbacks regarding to the 2015 document

    O presente artigo é resultado de uma fala no evento “UFPR-UA – Diálogos Internacionais em Formação de Professores de Línguas”, notadamente no Ensino de Língua Portuguesa e tem por finalidade fazer uma breve apresentação do estado da arte da formação de professores no Brasil. O texto parte de breve histórico das licenciaturas no Brasil para embasar um cotejamento entre as Resoluções CNE/CP 02/2015 e 02/2019 (e no bojo desta, a Resolução CNE/CP nº 01/2020, que institui a Base Nacional Comum para a Formação Continuada de Professores da Educação Básica). Amparado nas considerações da ANPAE, da ANPED e do CEALI-UFPR, o artigo destaca alguns pontos divergentes nos documentos mais recentes (2019 e 2020), que estariam representando um retrocesso em relação ao documento de 2015.
