    El transporte pediátrico permite unir recursos materiales y humanos para mejorar la atención a pacientes, sobre todo en lugares donde es más difícil el acceso y permite atención adecuada al paciente a atención especializada de emergencia. El manejo es indispensable para garantizar un buen servicio, deben estar preparados para el conocimiento de las patologías, anticiparse y estabilizar al paciente para el transporte. El objetivo principal es describir los diferentes tipos de transporte pediátricos en pacientes con enfermedades graves en la actualidad. Se realizó una revisión sistemática Se llevó a cabo a través de la búsqueda en diferentes bases de datos descritas a continuación, como son: PubMed, Embase, Biblioteca Cochrane, ScienceDirect y en la Biblioteca Virtual de Salud. Se encontraron 32.860 artículos de revisión, luego de utilizar el gesto bibliográfico Mendeley y aplicar criterios de inclusión y exclusión se obtuvieron finalmente 16 artículos que cumplían los criterios del margen de tiempo de publicación, a texto completo, en inglés y en español, en pacientes pediátricos, donde se abordó como tema de estudio el transporte pediátrico. En conclusión, no existe un equilibrio en cuanto a la distribución de recursos disponibles a la población pediátrica, y en las opciones en el traslado interhospitalario. Los niños tienen el derecho constitucional de recibir la mejor atención. Es necesario la realización de protocolos de activación de unidades de cuidados especializados. Los estudios en transporte pediátrico son necesario para hacer actuaciones que permitan la mejoría en su desempeño.

    Pediatric transport allows the pooling of material and human resources to improve patient care, especially in places where access is more difficult and allows adequate patient care and specialized emergency care. The handling is essential to guarantee a good service, they must be prepared for the knowledge of the pathologies, anticipate and stabilize the patient for the transport. The main objective is to describe the different types of pediatric transport in currently seriously ill patients. A systematic review was carried out. It was carried out through a search in different databases described below, such as: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, ScienceDirect and the Virtual Health Library. A total of 32,860 review articles were found, after using the Mendeley bibliographic gesture and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 16 articles were finally obtained that met the criteria of the publication time frame, in full text, in English and Spanish, in pediatric patients. , where pediatric transport was addressed as a topic of study. In conclusion, there is no balance in terms of the distribution of resources available to the pediatric population, and in the options for interhospital transfer. Children have a constitutional right to receive the best care. It is necessary to carry out activation protocols for specialized care units. Studies in pediatric transport are necessary to take actions that allow improvement in their performance.
