Projeto “valores”: a escola enquanto espaço para a orientação intelectual, moral, ética, relacional e social dos educandos

    O projeto “Valores” foi realizado na EEEFM Armando Barbosa Quitiba, rede estadual do Estado do Espírito Santo, Sooretama, com a finalidade de resgatar nos estudantes da instituição valores básicos que favorecem uma melhor convivência entre os atores do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. O trabalho atravessou as dimensões intelectual, ética, moral, relacional e social dos envolvidos em que foram destacados valores como ética, solidariedade, respeito, e tolerância, ajuda mútua, disciplina, entre outros lembrados pelos estudantes. Tratou-se de um projeto envolvendo sete professores da área de Humanas e todos os estudantes da escola (aproximadamente 800 alunos). Construído pelos próprios alunos, a prática se deu em três etapas: primeiramente, houve a orientação dos professores, onde esses fizeram a proposta e direcionaram caminhos para a pesquisa. No segundo momento, os estudantes iniciaram a construção de seus trabalhos, que foram feitos por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas, pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas, entrevistas e questionários. Por fim, ocorreu a culminância do projeto, onde os objetos estudados foram apresentados de variadas formas: teatro, danças, músicas, exposições, gráficos, palestras e depoimentos. As impressões extraídas do projeto interdisciplinar foram muito positivas de modo a perceber a interação dos alunos com tais assuntos, assim como o esclarecimento, surpresas e motivações com que se expressaram.

    The project "Valores" took place at EEEFM Armando Barbosa Quitiba, a state school supported by the public educational system of Esprito Santo, in Sooretama, and aimed to retrieve from the students basic values which lead them, the actors of the teaching-learning process, to a better coexistence. This work ran through the intellectual, ethical, moral, relational and social dimensions of those involved where values such as ethic, solidarity, respect, tolerance, mutual help, discipline and others brought up by the students were emphasized. It was a Project involving seven teachers from Humanities and all the students of the school (about 800). It was developed by the own students and carried out in three stages. First, the teachers introduced them the purpose of the work and then guided the students by pointing out the paths to research. Secondly, the students began their works, which were done through bibliographic searches, quantitative and qualitative researches, interviews and questionnaires. Lastly, the climax of the project occurred and the objects analyzed were presented through many ways such as plays, dances, music, exhibitions, graphics, lectures and testimonies. The impressions of this interdisciplinary project were very positive since it allowed us to perceive the student's interaction with such subjects, besides their enlightenment, surprises and motivation.
