    En el presente trabajo se abordó la problemática que existe con la reinserción social de los reclusos que egresan de los establecimientos penitenciarios de Pinar del Río. Lo que si bien es cierto que basados en los programas más avanzados de la Pedagogía y la Psicología cubana, se realiza un tratamiento educativo diferenciado a la población penal desde las instituciones penitenciarias y las condiciones especiales en que cumplen sus sanciones. Los reclusos una vez que egresan y se reincorporan a la sociedad, todos los esfuerzos realizados se pierden por la poca orientación que tienen los agentes socializadores de la comunidad para dar continuidad al proceso iniciado desde su estado de reclusión en los establecimientos penitenciarios. Con el fin de encontrar solución a esta problemática por vía científica, se aplicaron instrumentos que permitieron emitir un diagnóstico oportuno certero en la investigación. La que permitió, diseñar una estrategia preventiva dirigida a la reinserción social de los reclusos del establecimiento penitenciario en Pinar del Río, a cumplir por los agentes y factores de la comunidad; la que proporciona a los agentes comunitarios una herramienta para orientar, organizar el trabajo de las organizaciones de masa y políticas del entorno y la acción en función de los objetivos trazados, para lograr una buena reinserción social de los reclusos en el este contexto.

    In the present work, the problem that exists with the social reintegration of inmates who leave the penitentiary establishments of Pinar del Río was addressed. What although it is true that based on the most advanced programs of Cuban Pedagogy and Psychology, a differentiated educational treatment is carried out for the penal population from the penitentiary institutions and the special conditions in which they serve their sanctions. Once the inmates are discharged and rejoin society, all the efforts made are lost due to the little orientation that the socializing agents of the community have to continue the process started from their state of confinement in the penitentiary establishments. In order to find a solution to this problem scientifically, instruments were applied that allowed an accurate timely diagnosis to be issued in the investigation. The one that allowed, to design a preventive strategy directed to the social reintegration of the inmates of the penitentiary establishment in Pinar del Río to be fulfilled by the agents and factors of the community; which provides community agents with a tool to guide, organize the work of the mass and political organizations of the environment and the action based on the objectives set, to achieve a good social reintegration of the inmates in this context.
