Resumen de Mendicidad infantil y vulneración de los derechos humanos

  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la mendicidad infantil y vulneración de los derechos humanos. El planteamiento realizado por los investigadores para el desarrollo de la metodología, fue a partir de la metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, mediante la indagación, recolección y análisis crítico documental y referencial bibliográfico, basándose en la exploración metódica, rigurosa y profunda de diversas fuentes documentales conformadas por artículos, tesis, normas y leyes entre otros, describiendo los hallazgos encontrados. En la investigación, se empleó como técnica la revisión documental desde visión jurídica. Se concluye que, es importante mencionar que este problema se ha incrementado debido a que los gobernantes de nuestra ciudad de Riobamba, no adoptan las políticas públicas necesarias para la erradicación de este problema, y esto ha permitido que nuestra ciudad en el tema tanto de la mendicidad y el trabajo infantil ocupe uno de los puestos más altos a nivel nacional.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze child begging and the violation of human rights. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the methodology was based on the methodology with quantitative approach, through the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources consisting of articles, theses, rules and laws among others, describing the findings. In the research, the documentary review from a legal point of view was used as a technique. We conclude that it is important to mention that this problem has increased due to the fact that the rulers of our city of Riobamba do not adopt the necessary public policies for the eradication of this problem, and this has allowed our city to occupy one of the highest positions at the national level in terms of begging and child labor.
