Resumen de La violencia hacia el hombre en la sociedad actual en el Ecuador

  La violencia en la actualidad es un problema para todos ya que no solo lo sufren un grupo determinado de personas sino todos los seres humanos, sin embargo, la sociedad y las leyes han dejado al hombre dando por hecho que él no necesita de protección o ayuda, encadenándolo a un estatus de un ser violento y agresivo, provocando así que el estado crea normas que solo beneficien a mujeres, niños, adolescentes y adultos mayores. El principal objetivo fue analizar y desarrollar el fenómeno de la violencia que aborda en contra del hombre con relación a los temas jurídicos constitucionales. Se utilizó el método descriptivo con análisis documental de bibliografía seleccionada para el desarrollo del tema. Los hombres sí son violentados por la comunidad, por las mujeres y el estado.

  Violence is currently a problem for everyone since it is not only suffered by a certain group of people but by all human beings, however, society and the laws have left man taking for granted that he does not need protection or help, chaining him to the status of a violent and aggressive being, thus causing the state to create norms that only benefit women, children, adolescents and older adults. The main objective was to analyze and develop the phenomenon of violence against men in relation to constitutional legal issues. The descriptive method was used with documentary analysis of selected bibliography for the development of the topic. Men are indeed violated by the community, by women and by the state.
