Resumen de El principio de seguridad jurídica y el asentimiento del cónyuge

  En la investigación se planteó como objetivo general analizar jurídicamente el principio de seguridad jurídica y el asentimiento del cónyuge. El método utilizado se basó en el cuantitativo, ya que, su finalidad es cuantificar o determinar datos numéricos a los resultados que se han ido extrayendo. Este procedimiento se lleva a cabo a través de herramientas estadísticas y matemáticas. En la investigación, se empleó como técnica la revisión documental-bibliográfica, la cual permitió obtener información valiosa para encuadrar los acontecimientos. Se recurrió, además, al método inductivo-deductivo, el cual propone que para hallar una verdad se deben escudriñar los hechos y no basarse en meras especulaciones. Se aplicó, una encuesta. Se concluye que, a partir de varios puntos han predeterminado que las reglas internas buscan la subsistencia de la pareja y buscan fortalecer el entorno familiar, como la Constitución menciona asegurar dichos objetivos, no obstante, no hay reglas que establezcan lo aquello.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the principle of legal certainty and the assent of the spouse. The method used was based on the quantitative method, since its purpose is to quantify or determine numerical data to the results that have been extracted. This procedure is carried out through statistical and mathematical tools. In the research, the documentary-bibliographic review was used as a technique, which allowed obtaining valuable information to frame the events. The inductive-deductive method was also used, which proposes that in order to find the truth, the facts must be scrutinized and not based on mere speculation. A survey was applied. It is concluded that, based on several points, they have predetermined that the internal rules seek the subsistence of the couple and seek to strengthen the family environment, as the Constitution mentions to ensure these objectives, however, there are no rules that establish the same.
