    El objetivo fue determinar la importancia de la gestión Administrativa para mejorar el desempeño organizacional del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Campozano en donde se presentan diferentes definiciones y estrategias para la resolución del problema. La metodología utilizada determinó la validez y confiabilidad del estudio, en el cual se indagó el tema y poder tomar decisiones. En la investigación de campo se utilizó la entrevista y encuesta, donde se profundizó la opinión del talento humano y conocer la realidad de los procedimientos administrativos del área, para realizar la comparación se deben ejecutar según las normas y que no sea de su competencia, se obtuvieron resultados mediante análisis y gráficos estadísticos a cada pregunta. Se identifican y verifican los procesos de gestión Administrativa, la eficiencia, eficacia y rendimiento de las funciones del talento humano, concluyendo con el estudio y recomendaciones de procesos Administrativos valido para el fortalecimiento del GAD Parroquial Campozano en cuanto al fortalecimiento de capacidades y Desempeño Organizacional

    The objective was to determine the importance of the Administrative management to improve the organizational performance of the Campozano Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government, where different definitions and strategies for solving the problem are presented. The methodology used determined the validity and reliability of the study, in which the subject was investigated and decisions could be made. In the field investigation, the interview and survey were used, where the opinion of the human talent was deepened and to know the reality of the administrative procedures of the area, to carry out the comparison they must be executed according to the norms and that it is not within their competence. obtained results through statistical analysis and graphs for each question. The processes of Administrative management, the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the functions of human talent are identified and verified, concluding with the study and recommendations of Administrative processes valid for the strengthening of the Campozano Parish GAD in terms of capacity building and Organizational Performance
