La Formación de las personas es una tarea constante que comienza desde el hogar, es alli donde el ser humano se va forjando y va adquiriendo valores, ética y moral que le marcará para toda su vida, asi mismo existen elementos que tendrán que ver con el desarrollo integral de la persona, dichos elementos que se mencionaran aquí son el temperamento y el carácter, ello incide en el manejo de las emociones, para este trabajo se abordaran estos elementos que son enunciativos mas no limitativos de la persona, asi mismo el hogar es fundamental en la formación de la persona, pero a este se debe añadir la escuela pues el ser humano va a cultivarse a dicha institución y convive con otras personas que ejerceran influencia en su formación.

Training people is a constant task that begins from home, is there where the human being is forged and acquires values, ethics and morals that will mark him for life, likewise there are elements that have to do with the integral development of the person, those elements that were mentioned here are the temperament and character, it affects the management of emotions, for this work these elements are enunciative but not limiting of the person, so it would address the home is instrumental in the formation of the person, but must be added to this school because the human being is to cultivate that institution and coexists with other people who will influence in their formation.
