Resumen de Elementi per un’analisi critica del concetto di confine e della sua funzione fondamentale nell’età contemporanea
Starting from the crisis of sovereignty in globalised world, this work analyzes contemporary cosmopolitism althrough some points of Jürgen Habermas, Seyla Benhabib and David Held, underlining some difficulties. Then, it tries to propose a different approach to the problem of boundaries, ispired by phenomenology, working on some texts of Sergio Cotta, Emmanuel Lévinas and Jacques Derrida. Finally, it attempts to deconstruct ius includendi et excludendi alios to reconcile logical necessities and ethical problems involved in the concept of border.
