Se aborda y se analiza el resultado del proceso constituyente que termina con el triunfo de la opción rechazo en septiembre de 2022, así como las perspectivas de aquellos aspectos de mayor importancia y los denominados “bordes” que deberían marcar el devenir de la discusión constitucional que continúa en Chile.

This article analyses the result of the constituent process that concluded with the constitutional reform being rejected on 22 September, and the key aspects of the so-called “framework” that should mark the future of the ongoing constitutional debate in Chile.
