  • Resumen
    • The definition of aggression contained in United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3314 (XXIX) responds to a historical reality that is very different from the current one. Said Resolution was drafted with a restrictive scope: referring to state and direct actions. To avoid liability, the States have developed new actions that take place in new conflict scenarios. This circumstance, as well as the evolution of international society (liquid borders, digitization...) requires a new interpretation of the definition of aggression in light of contemporary ius contra bellum, law on the prevention of war. This study reflects on the scope of the concept of aggression and international liability in new scenarios of conflicts.
