  • Resumen
    • The Covid-19 pandemic crisis started in 2020 has shown how the Internet has become an integral part of everyone’s lives and of the life of the International Community. As such, the amount of the unfriendly or unlawful operations carried out on the cyberspace has dramatically increased, including those targeting objectives such as the healthcare system or those aimed at interfering with the electoral processes in third States. To this purpose, the University of Oxford together with some partner institutions gathered a large number of international legal experts from all across the World in the Oxford Process. The initiative is aimed to identify and clarify which provisions of international law are applicable to cyberoperations across different contexts. The result of the Oxford Process is the five Oxford Statements signed in 2020 and 2021, which cover specific fields and objects targeted by cyberoperations.
