  Objetivo: Describir la Infección por Sars-Cov2 en usuarios con esquema completo de inmunización para Covid-19. Metodología: Se empleó el paradigma positivista desde la perspectiva cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental, el tipo de investigación es de campo y nivel descriptivo. Esta investigación se realizó por medio de una revisión bibliográfica-documental. Los criterios que se manejaron fueron artículo original de investigación. Resultados: La vacuna con más estudios realizados y que se encuentran con más frecuencia en las distintas plataformas científicas es el biológico BNT162b2 de la farmacéutica Pfizer. Este hecho puede deberse a que, tal como indicó la literatura, fue el primer biológico autorizado para casos de emergencia por parte de la OMS. En conclusión: Las vacunas que actualmente están autorizadas para la inmunización de la población están respondiendo satisfactoriamente en las campañas de vacunación alrededor del mundo con índices altos de efectividad. Se logra determinar la indiscutible baja de atenciones.

  Objective: To describe Sars-Cov2 infection in users with complete immunization scheme for Covid-19. Methodology: The positivist paradigm was used from the quantitative perspective, with a non-experimental design, the type of research is field and descriptive level. This research was carried out by means of a bibliographic-documentary review. The criteria used were original research article. Results: The vaccine with the most studies carried out and most frequently found in the different scientific platforms is the biologic BNT162b2 of the pharmaceutical company Pfizer. This fact may be due to the fact that, as indicated in the literature, it was the first biologic authorized for emergency cases by the WHO. In conclusion: The vaccines currently authorized for the immunization of the population are responding satisfactorily in vaccination campaigns around the world with high rates of effectiveness. It is possible to determine the unquestionable drop in the number of attentions.
