    Objetivo: Describir el cuidado humanizado en paciente post quirúrgico. Método: El estudio fue cualitativo, el diseño de investigación fue bibliográfico, que se fundamenta en la revisión sistemática, rigurosa y profunda de material documental de cualquier clase. Resultados: La interacción enfermero- paciente en la consulta de rehabilitación posquirúrgica es compleja e involucra que el enfermero tenga las habilidades interpersonales, Por consiguiente, se aconsejan a las enfermeras, tener en cuenta en el paciente posquirúrgico, las relevancias del dolor posoperatorio. De igual manera, las enfermeras para generar un cuidado posquirúrgico efectivo deben desarrollar estrategias que le permitan tener un mejor alcance con el paciente de forma humanizada. Conclusión: Los resultados documentales de este estudio han descrito, que es necesario retomar esta actividad y fortalecer los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes del talento humanos responsable de la atención de los pacientes post quirúrgico.

    Objective: To describe the humanized care in post-surgical patients. Method: The study was qualitative, the research design was bibliographic, which is based on the systematic, rigorous and in-depth review of documentary material of any kind. Results: The nurse-patient interaction in the postoperative rehabilitation consultation is complex and involves the nurse having interpersonal skills. Therefore, nurses are advised to take into account the relevance of postoperative pain in the postoperative patient. Similarly, to generate effective post-surgical care, nurses must develop strategies that allow them to have a better reach with the patient in a humanized way. Conclusion: The documentary results of this study have described that it is necessary to resume this activity and strengthen the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the human talent responsible for the care of post-surgical patients.
