Resumen de Primeiros apontamentos para um capitalismo de ODS: difculdades e consequências diante dos novos contratos trabalhistas

This article seeks to analyze the evolution of labor relationsthroughout history, in addition to exploring the treatment directed tothe key part of this relationship: the worker. Furthermore, involvingsuch relationships, one has the power and the will to win them atany and all costs, also serving as fuel to keep the relationshipsas they are, that is, the proletarian played and the owners of themeans of production in the country. control. Therefore, society, aconsequence of capitalism, becomes liquid, and seeks to satisfyits happiness by acquiring material goods, but this establishes anunattainable status for a large part of society. In addition, with thepandemic provided by Covid-19, labor relations are very fragile,mainly with the arrival of Gig Economy, which provides inhumanand insecure conditions to sellers. Finally, the positive and negativepoints of this evolution of the industry and technology are analyzed,looking for benefcial solutions for both parts of this relationship. thenew reality of these employment contracts, which have no impacton others hitherto existing in Brazil, transferring the entire risk of thebusiness to workers, especially in times of Pandemic. The sharpdisproportion between the strength of the companies representedby the new technologies and the workers marks the care in dealingwith the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

O presente artigo busca analisar a evolução das relaçõestrabalhistas no decorrer da história, além de explorar o tratamentodirecionado a peça chave dessa relação: o trabalhador. Ademais,envolvendo tais relações tem-se o poder e a vontade em conquistálo a todo e qualquer custo, servindo, também, de combustívelpara manter as relações como estão, ou seja, o proletário jogadoe os donos dos meios de produção no controle deste jogo. Logo,a sociedade, consequente do capitalismo, torna-se líquida, ebusca satisfazer sua felicidade adquirindo a bens materiais, porémisso instala um status inalcançável para uma grande parcela dasociedade. Além disso, com a pandemia proporcionada peloCovid-19, as relações de trabalho encontram-se muito fragilizadas,principalmente com a chegada da Gig Economy, que proporcionaaos trabalhadores condições desumanas e inseguras. Por fm,analisa-se os pontos positivos e negativos dessa evolução daindústria e da tecnologia, buscando soluções benéfcas para ambasas partes dessa relação, apesar da nova realidade destes contratos de trabalho que não possuem qualquer refexo com outros atéentão existentes no Brasil, transferindo todo o risco do negóciopara os trabalhadores, principalmente em tempos de Pandemia.A nítida desproporção entre a força das empresas representadaspelas novas tecnologias e dos trabalhadores marca o cuidado notrato à Quarta Revolução Industrial.
