    El Sistema de Gestión Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST) constituye una herramienta de gran importancia para cualquier organización. La Empresa de Construcción y Montaje No. 2 de Camagüey se encuentra abocada en su implementación, sin embargo, presenta limitaciones en su propósito. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el diagnóstico de la Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la Empresa Constructora y Montadora No. 2 de Camagüey, para detectar las no conformidades existentes según la NC ISO 45001:2018, que responde a los siguientes principios científicos problema de investigación: ¿Cómo diagnosticar el GSST para detectar las deficiencias existentes y trazar estrategias que contribuyan a la implementación de la NC ISO 45001:2018 en la UEB No 2 de Montaje Industrial y Construcción Civil? Para ello se realizó un diagnóstico utilizó métodos de análisis – síntesis, la inducción – deducción y la relación entre lo lógico y lo histórico en el estudio de los fenómenos sociales aplicando técnicas tales como la encuesta, entrevista, se aplicaron además la revisión documental y métodos estadísticos que permitieron el análisis de la información arrojando como los principales resultados (no conformidades existentes según la NC ISO 45001:2018), entre los cuales se destacan los siguientes: la alta dirección no se asegura de que la organización establezca e implemente procesos para la consulta y la participación de los trabajadores, no están establecidos, implementados y mantenidos procesos para evaluar las oportunidades que permitan mejorar el desempeño de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST)

    The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) is a very important tool for any organization. The Construction and Assembly Company No. 2 of Camagüey is engaged in its implementation; however, it presents limitations in its purpose. The objective of this work is to carry out the diagnosis of Occupational Health and Safety Management in the Construction and Assembly Company No. 2 of Camagüey, to detect existing non-conformities according to NC ISO 45001:2018, which responds to the following scientific principles research problem: How to diagnose the GSST to detect existing deficiencies and draw up strategies that contribute to the implementation of NC ISO 45001:2018 in the UEB No 2 of Industrial Assembly and Civil Construction? For this, a diagnosis was made using methods of analysis - synthesis, induction - deduction and the relationship between the logical and the historical in the study of social phenomena applying techniques such as the survey, interview, the documentary review and methods were also applied. statistics that allowed the analysis of the information, yielding as the main results (existing non-conformities according to NC ISO 45001:2018), among which the following stand out: senior management does not ensure that the organization establishes and implements processes for the consultation and participation of workers, there are no established, implemented and maintained processes to evaluate opportunities to improve the performance of Safety and Health at Work (OSH)
