    ¿Sigue siendo relevante el pensamiento kantiano en el siglo XXI? No se trata de una mera pregunta retórica casi 300 años después del nacimiento de Kant. Para entender por qué la filosofía de Kant sigue interesándonos hoy, a pesar de esta gran distancia histórica, podemos señalar ideas específicas que han configurado la autocomprensión moderna: su concepto de autonomía moral, su concepto de dignidad humana, la idea de un orden federal de paz mundial y su concepto de Ilustración. Este artículo mostrará que también hay algunos rasgos muy generales en el pensamiento de Kant que merece la pena recordar: en primer lugar, la vinculación de la crítica de la razón con la confianza en la razón; en segundo lugar, la vinculación del realismo antropológico y el idealismo moral en la política; y, en tercer lugar, la mediación de la búsqueda individual de la felicidad y la moralidad en la ética de Kant.

    Is Kantian thought still relevant at all in the 21st century? This is no mere rhetorical question almost 300 years after Kant's birth. To understand why Kant's philosophy is still interesting to us today, despite this great historical distance, we can point to specific insights that have shaped modern self-understanding: Kant's concept of moral autonomy, his concept of human dignity, the idea of a federal world peace order and his concept of Enlightenment. This paper will show that there are also some very general traits in Kant's thought that are worth remembering: first, the linking of critique of reason with trust in reason; second, the linking of anthropological realism and moral idealism in politics; and third, the mediation of individual pursuit of happiness and morality in Kant's ethics.
