    Resumen La justicia constitucional se ejerce por el Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional de Bolivia. Por lo tanto, la función interpretativa de la Constitución, solo le corresponde al Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, quien de acuerdo al umbral establecido en el Artículo 196 de la Constitución Política del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, decidirá el conflicto de oscuridad o en caso de que existan dudas aplicando siempre la voluntad del constituyente, de acuerdo con sus documentos, actas y resoluciones, así como el tenor literal del texto, y no la interpretación moral-valorativa y arbitraria del juez -interpretativista o neoconstitucionalista- sobre la Constitución. El presente artículo discute el interpretativismo dworkiniano frente al concepto de compresión y ejecución de la Constitución

    Abstract Constitutional justice is exercised by the Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal of Bolivia. Therefore, the interpretative function of the Constitution, only corresponds to the Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal, who according to the threshold established in Article 196 of the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, will decide the conflict of obscurity or in case of doubts always applying the will of the constituent, according to its documents, acts and resolutions, as well as the literal tenor of the text, and not the moral-valuable and arbitrary interpretation of the judge -interpretativist or neoconstitutionalist- on the Constitution. This article discusses Dworkinian interpretivism vis-à-vis the concept of compression and execution of the Constitution
