    La adecuación del encuadre al tratamiento psicoanalítico con niños pequeños responde a una perspectiva teórica y no depende de la dificultad del caso. No se trata de la necesidad de ampliar el encuadre para incluir excepciones, sino que este marco de acción debe ser redefinido como una configuración dinámica al servicio del mantenimiento de la función analítica y el despliegue de las dimensiones del análisis. Definimos encuadre como una serie de normas que organizan el trabajo analítico y forman parte de la teoría de la técnica. Trabajaremos consideraciones técnicas del encuadre que hace posible el proceso analítico con niños. Lo ejemplificaremos con el “Caso Lila” a través de una detallada presentación clínica, en donde figuran algunas intervenciones del analista y su producción gráfica, con asociaciones de la niña.

    The Lila Case. The adaptation of the psychoanalytic setting to the treatment of young children must derive from a theoretical perspective and does not depend on the difficulty of each case. It is not a question of the need to extend the setting to include the exceptions, but rather that the framework of action must be redefined as a dynamic configuration at the service of the maintenance of the analytic function and the unfolding of the dimensions of analysis. The setting is defined as the set of norms that organize analytic work and form part of the theory of technique. Technical considerations are made about the setting that makes the analytic process with children possible. They are exemplified with the “Lila case” by means of a detailed clinical presentation, in which some nterventions of the analyst and her graphic production, as well as the child’s associations, are mentioned. The starting point of the research is always a theoretical-clinical question.
